Anti-Inflammatory

Golden milk

8oz Coconut milk

1 teaspoon of ground Turmeric

1/8 teaspoon of fresh ground Ginger

dash of Black Pepper

dash of Cayenne Pepper (optional)

1/4 teaspoon of ground Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon of Vanilla

Raw Honey to taste

Warm the ingredients together in a small pot on the stove for about 10 minutes and drink! There are many variables to this classic. Use your imagination. Some add Star Anise others Cardamom. It is sweet and tasty with raw unfiltered Maple Syrup as well.

This delicious combination is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants and aids in digestion.
